That big shield you see in the front is not there by mistake it there to represent Parker pride Ms. Martin was the maker of the shield. Mrs. Santos was the designer.  The metal was cast Metal it was heated up to 2,000 degrees.  it was molded in containers to make the shape.   The people that worked with the melted metal had to wear special suits like firefighters. This is here to show the students to have Parker pride.
